In this episode, Christine conducts our first interview with Jessica Turner, author of The Fringe Hours. They talk about about how to edit guilt and comparison out of your life, the elusive struggle for balance, and why it’s hard to ask for help (and how to get over that!). The goal: making room for the things in life that bring you joy.
